I am able to provide the following services:
I am an experienced trainer and coach who can help professional service providers and policy makers move ahead.
I have designed trainings and capacity building workshops on topics ranging from research methodology, innovations in HIV programming, monitoring and evaluation and strategic planning in the most diverse settings and for diverse audiences, from Fiji to Cambodia and from Bangladesh to the Philippines.
Research is my passion. Be it research on institutionalised adolescents and their health- and social support needs (Vietnam), children from families where one or both parents have HIV and their access to schools (Myanmar), or access to HIV testing and services among men who have sex with men (Philippines), I always discover something new that can make your project or program more responsive, acceptable and effective.
Research is only truly useful if its findings can be translated into better practice. I have worked in many countries to translate research findings into improvements in services and program delivery.
Strategy and planning
A joint collaborative strategy (Mongolia), a 5-year plan for an NGO (Bangladesh), a national situational analysis (Maldives) or a national strategic HIV plan (Lao PDR): I have experience with strategising and planning at all levels and in different contexts.
I love studying, thinking and discussing your organisation's work and its tasks at hand in an ever-changing environment.
I can help you and your team review progress, define priorities and rethink strategies to help plan for new and effective operations and better results.
